Review: Aston Villa - Manchester United 1:2

Carling Cup
altManchester United dokázal porazit ve finále Carling Cupu Aston Villu 2:1 a díky tomuto vítězství vyhrál v letošním kalendářním roce svoji první trofej. O branky se podělil Michael Owen s Waynem Rooneym.

Hned v úvodu utkání nastartoval svoje rychlé hony Gabriel Agbonlahor, kterého pomocí tahání za dres zastavil až Nemanja Vidič, ovšem zákrok proběhl ve velkém vápně Red Devils a Aston Villa tak po záskuze zahrávala penaltu. K té se postavil sebevědomí James Milner a poslal míč na opačnou stranu branky, než na kterou se vydal Tomaz Kuszczak. Aston Villa vedla hned od začátku 1:0.

Ve 12. minutě se po špatně odkopnutém míči dostal z druhé vlny Michael Owen,  který přesnou střelou k tyči stanovil prozatímní skóre 1:1. Na konci první půle si ovšem šťastný střelec natáhl jeden ze svalů při pokusu doběhnout míč a musel být stažen ze hry. Místo něj se na hříště dostal Wayne Rooney.

V 74. minutě se míč po ose Berbatov-Valencia- Rooney dostal po přesném centru Valencii k Rooneymu, který nijak silnou ale velmi přesnou hlavičkou poslal míč do protipohybu Friedela v brance Villans. Manchester United si tak tímto vítězstvím zajistil obhajobu trofeje, kterou loni získal na úkor Tottenhamu.

smilies/smiley.gifKonečne "je to doma", Man United má svoju prvú trofej v tejto sezóne. Jednoducho to tak malo byť, už od semifinálového zápasu proti Manchestru City, bolo zrejmé, že si United finále vo Wembley jednoducho zaslúžia. A to jediné čo tam mali urobiť, bolo obhájiť a vyhrať trofej, a to sa aj stalo. I´m very very happysmilies/grin.gif
Teraz už len zabojovať v PL a Champions League a všetci fanúšikovia sa môžu tešiť ďalej, len vydržať bojovať a nevzdávať sa. Chelsea raz body stratí a potom sa prvého miesta v tabuľke zmocní jedine Manchester United. Thank you boys.smilies/smiley.gif
